李家维，男，辽宁省辽阳人，博士，副教授，主要从事动物营养与饲料科学相关的教学科研工作。

二、研究方向及成果

主要研究方向为非粮型饲料资源开发，研究重点为人工菌群合成及组装机制解析、抗菌肽的设计及应用、厌氧发酵系统高效改造。近五年，在《Bioresource Technology》、《Journal of Cleaner Production》、《Journal of Animal Science and Biotechnology》、《ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces》等期刊发表论文21篇，其中以第一作者发表IF>10分论文6篇，授权国家发明专利3项。
