邬威，女，黑龙江省哈尔滨人，副教授，博士（后）。近年来主要在畜产品加工（乳、肉）领域从事科学研究，现已在Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、Journal of Proteomics、Food Research International等高水平期刊发表SCI收录论文十余篇，参与撰写英文专著一本， H-index 12，RG score 22.36，文章总被引400余次。
